What is Saunamarsalkka?

Out of love for sauna and streetwear, we promote sauna culture according to our own interpretation.

"We have a sauna, booze, and an axe" is something Finnish national football team supporters sing. We love this <3, but we also believe that the "we have a sauna, a marshal, and clothes" combination is something that has been missing from stores, and that's why we offer basic clothing or, as we call it, "saunawear" [English loanword "street wear"].

The Saunamarsalkka brand is partly based on the idea that there are many [sauna] majors, but only one marshal. Finland has many great historical figures, and we wanted to highlight perhaps the most significant person in our recent history, Marshal Mannerheim, because it works well as a pun with "saunamajuri" (sauna major). The logo is also inspired by the Marshal's insignia, which consists of two crossed marshal's staffs – in this case, a crossed ladle and bucket.

Everyday clothes, such as beanies, caps, and t-shirts. We are constantly improving our products and design. We believe in sustainability, so we also expect you to consider before purchasing. 

We are a small-scale company that creates limited collections. At the same time, we produce printed and embroidered products that are made to order as needed.
