Welcome to our Shipping Policy Page! Our team is working hard to provide the best shipping service across Finland and soon international. This shipping policy outlines a few terms and conditions, which will apply to each shipped order. For any queries, you may reach out to info@saunamarsalkka.fi 

Order Processing: Once we receive your order, we start processing the order for shipping within three days to avoid any delays. The delivery time is about  5-20 days. Because all products are produced to order.

International Shipment Cost: In the case of international shipments, the cost will be ca 7€ per shipping. Also, the total amount will be calculated at the checkout. 

Shipping Modes: Currently, we are only dealing in standard shipping. Once we add other shipping modes, we will let you know. 

Payment methods: We accept almost all payment types, such as Visa, Master card, AMEX, Klarna, Pay pal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. 

Discount: We do offer discounts on some orders You need to apply the correct code while checking out. 

Tracking and Delivery: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your package.
