Shipping Policy

Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

• Sweden: 2–5 business days
• Nordic countries: 3–7 business days
• Rest of EU: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may be slightly longer during high demand periods or campaigns.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

Shipping Methods
We use established shipping carriers. Tracking is provided when available.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the EU. Any additional local fees or import charges (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling and return shipping fee.
