Welcome to our Return and Refund Policy Page! Our team is working hard to provide the best return and refund service across Finland. This policy outlines a few terms and conditions that apply to each requested order. For any queries, you may reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
Return Policy: We have 30- a day return policy for our customers on every ordered item. You can request for return within 30 days of receiving the items.
There are a few pointers that you should note before applying for a return request.
- You can only request for return, or your request will be accepted if the item is found to be good and new in condition ( in its original packing). Also, there will be a requirement for a receipt or proof of purchase.

- If we accept your return, you as a customer stand for the return costs and we will provide you with information on how and where to deliver your shipment. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Please examine your order receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the incorrect item so that we can look into and fix the issue.
Currently, we do not accept any refund requests for any ordered item. But you can mail your concerns to our customer care address firstname.lastname@example.org.
